I've been in and around tech for nearly 20 years. I teach it, I fix it and I enjoy it. However, on a recent journey abroad, my WordPress site developed a serious problem that I was unable to fix. Not only did they provide a lightning-fast diagnostic of what the problem was, they pointed me in the direction of a really cost-effective solution that would also save me a lot of money going forward. The resolution and repair required some serious work 'under the bonnet' that needed expertise that I didn't have – and clearly Website Design Ltd did! It didn't cost the earth to get everything sorted, as their prices are very reasonable. I especially liked that they worked 'out of hours' for me to meet some personal deadlines at my end.
